Executive Chef Thibault Chiumenti brings a French twist to the scrumptious cuisine at Sheraton Hotel Hong Kong & Towers. Chef Thibault built his career as the commis chef at the Two Michelin Star Restaurant L’Espadon of Hotel Ritz Paris and Three Michelin Star Restaurant Daniel Restaurant in New York City. In 2007 Chef Thibault joined as Chef de Cuisine of The Reflexions, which serves modern and contemporary French cuisines at the Plaza Athenee Bangkok, A Royal Meridien. Inspiring the team with his passion of cooking and creativity for crafting the new dishes, Chef Thibault applies his many skills and experiences to preparing the best dishes possible for the guests of Sheraton Hong Kong.
