Richard Ekkebus with his exclusive to Taste Miyazaki beef with Kyushu red cabbage & dulse slaw, pepper berry béarnaise dish swooped in and took the title of Best in Taste award for the second year running at the Taste of Hong Kong opening night.
Best in Taste judge Alicia Walker from Foodie was highly impressed with the unique blend of flavours and breadth of produce that was used in all of the dishes that the chefs put forward for the award.
