During his two-decade career, internationally renowned as singer, actor, entrepreneur Nicholas Tse has developed his unique style in his works in cross-disciplinary approaches. Ever since hosting his own culinary shows, Nicholas has been warming hearts and stomachs with his culinary skills.
Since 2014, Chef Nic has been hosting his food travelogue show in locations from Africa to Finland, featuring international celebrity guests from Asia. Well known for his enthusiasm in food and cooking, Chef Nic has made prominent strides into the culinary world.
Launched in 2015, “Chef Nic’s Cookies” was his first foray into the food industry, hoping to share with the world his passion in food. Each creation provides an authentic taste of Hong Kong with unique aftertastes. Without any preservatives, all cookies are handmade with natural ingredients in Hong Kong.
In 2016, alongside 7 international chefs, 6 of whom are recognized by the Michelin Guide, Chef Nic participated in the inaugural Michelin and Robert Parker Wine Advocate Gala Dinner, personally designing menu for 700 guests on the night, Chef Nic became the first person in history to be honoured as the first ever ‘Friend of Michelin’, recognising his contribution and devotion in spreading a passion for quality food – and the dinner experience further bolstered his reputation.
In 2017, Chef Nic joins 6 Michelin-starred chefs at Michelin’s 10th anniversary gala dinner where 6 chefs with 14 Michelin stars between them, including Alain Ducasse, served their dishes to 500 guests.
In 2018, Chef Nic decide to expand his brand’s offerings by adding new products to the range. In collaboration with world-renowned premier and authentic Chinese condiments brand Lee Kum Kee and 2 Michelin-starred chef Tam Kwok- Fung, Chef Nic will be launching 2 sauces, Sakura Shrimp XO Sauce and Miso dressing alongside his new range of Taiwanese stirred noodles in this April.
