Sandia Chang

Sandia Chang and James Knappett founded bubbledogs in August 2012, followed by the Michelin-star 20 seat ‘chefs table’ restaurant Kitchen Table in October 2012. Sandia trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and has since held positions internationally, in restaurants such as Roganic, Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley, Noma and Per Se (where she met husband, James). At bubbledogs Sandia curates a list of grower Champagnes and sparkling wines, making regular visits to the region visiting small batch producers to add to her 100-bin strong list. Sandia and bubbledogs were awarded ‘Wine List of the Year’ by Imbibe magazine in 2013 and a one-star award from World of Fine Wines in 2016.
