In 2015, he won the Senior Group Silver Award and Individual Champion in Hot dish Category at the 10th Hong Kong and Macau Professional Cooking Competition as well as the Gold Award in Mushroom and Vegetables Dishes Category at the Best of the Best Culinary Awards organized by Hong Kong Tourism Board. And in 2016, he completed the 8th Chinese Master Chef Programme held by the Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI).
